Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square, and the British Museum

We headed straight over to Parliament after the Changing of the Guard Ceremony because we were planning to take a tour. We didn't realize that an election was only two weeks away and so free public tours were closed down. They were offering £18 audio tours, but we opted not to take one. Instead we went and walked around Westminster Abbey.
And we stopped for some more phone booth photos. Props to my sister for actually touching the phone inside, it was pretty gross looking.

Next up was Trafalgar Square. We ate lunch by the lions and of course climbed up to take a picture. They are higher and harder to reach than they look. Initially I almost gave up by my sister did it so I had to do it too.
One of the statues that come alive in Night at the Museum 3. The cool thing about that is I saw an ad in the British Museum saying that you could come and spend an actual night at the museum. How fun would that be!
We then headed to the British Museum which was so crowded! It was another huge bucket list item to see the Elgin Marbles and the Rosetta Stone though, so braving the crowds was worth it.
